Shipping Notice
Please note: The cut off for shipping out same-day orders is 2:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Some of our carriers do not deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days if received during business days.
USPS First-Class and Priority Mail are our most common shipping methods. Shipping usually takes between 3 to 6 business days after order processing.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available within the U.S.A.
We sometimes offer free shipping when you order 10 or more items to any of the lower 48 states.
We do not offer any free International Shipping.
International Shipping
We offer USPS International shipping to select countries, with delivery expected within 14–30 business days.
Shipping to Canada usually takes 10–14 business days.
You are responsible for any Customs Duties and/or Taxes. We do not collect any applicable duties or taxes upfront.
We do NOT guarantee custom clearance of items shipped to foreign countries.
Fast Shipping Options
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Most orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). You may request USPS Priority Mail or UPS delivery for an additional charge.
To ensure the fastest delivery, please include apartment or suite numbers when applicable, and use street names and numbers rather than Rural Route (RFD) addresses.
Claims for Damage, Shortages or Breakage
Claims for damage, shortages, or breakage must be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise.
If you do not receive your order within 21 days, please call our customer service department at (916) 836-5229 (10:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST) or email support@godgarden.net.
Note: Claims for non-receipt of orders cannot be made after 1 month.
